One of our favorite brands of tea is Bija Body Tea. We absolutely adore their morning and night tea blends! Not only are these blends delicious but, they also help us feel healthy and beautiful!
Tea is good for you for so many reasons and different teas can bring you different benefits. For this blog, I did a little research on why we should all drink more tea and why certain teas are so good for you.
Green tea is known to fight cancer and heart disease, lower cholesterol, burn fat (who doesn't want that!), prevent diabetes and stroke, staving of dementia as well as being a great antioxidant.
Black tea has similar capabilities. It is known to work as a heart tonic, cancer blocker, fat buster, immune stimulant, arthritis soother, virus fighter and cholesterol detoxifier.
Peppermint tea is one of my absolute favorites. It is great for your skin as well as fighting stress, helping chronic pain, ease nausea, fight stress, reduce heartburn and help with allergies.
Tea is a great way to stay hydrated, warm and soak up wonderful nutrients!
