I thought I would start off 2012 with a little DIY project. Seeing how everyone at Habitat is in the mood to clean, organize, and simplify this project seemed perfect. I am planning on using mine for site visits, where note taking can be a challenging endevor! Follow the jump to see how I made mine.
Here are the supplies I used: wallpaper (I got mine from Anthropologie, they have an amazing selection and they are self-adhearing), clip board, gold spray paint, and a small amount of craft glue.
Next, I spray painted the clamp...it needed a little dressing up.
Cut a notch out of the wallpaper or decorative paper so it fits snuggly around clamp and lightly dampen the back of the wallpaper or paint a light layer of craft glue onto the back. Even though my wallpaper was self-adhearing I still put a small amount of glue around the edges for extra security...and beacause we don't anything halfway at Habitat I applied the wallpaper to the backside as well!
